Maintenance services for the electricity distribution network managed by Distribuție Energie Oltenia

Since 2011, ADREM has been providing maintenance services for the electricity distribution infrastructure managed by Distribuție Energie Oltenia, contributing to maintaining the safety, continuity and operational performance of the medium and low voltage networks. The project includes both planned maintenance works and corrective interventions necessary to remedy the malfunctions and restore the normal operation of the installations.

The activities carried out concern the low and medium voltage power lines, as well as the transformer substations that ensure the supply to consumers in the distribution operator’s area of operation. Through the works carried out, ADREM contributes to reducing the risk of unplanned interruptions and increasing the reliability of the energy infrastructure.

In addition to the maintenance activities, the project also includes the execution of new electricity networks for the distribution of electricity and for supplying consumers at voltage levels 0.4–20 kV. These works support the development of the existing infrastructure and its adaptation to the new requirements of consumption and expansion of the networks.

An important role in the project is played by the associated technical services, essential for assessing the condition of the installations and for carrying out the activities in safe conditions. These include the defectoscopy of electrical cables, periodic tests of the personal protective equipment, the verification of the electrical insulating means, the performance of electrical measurements and the issuance of the verification bulletins necessary for the operation of the installations.

Carried out for over a decade, the project reflects ADREM’s ability to manage complex operation and maintenance activities for critical energy infrastructures, ensuring rapid interventions, specialized services and compliance with the highest safety and quality standards. Through this long-term collaboration, the company contributes to the efficient and safe operation of distribution networks serving millions of consumers in the region.
