Since 2010, ADREM has been providing metering group administration and maintenance services for Oltenia Distribution, contributing to the efficient functioning of the electricity metering infrastructure in the Oltenia region. Carried out over 17 years, the project represents one of the most important collaborations in the field of operational services dedicated to electricity distribution.
The activities are carried out in the counties of Argeș, Vâlcea, Gorj, Mehedinți, Dolj, Olt and Teleorman, areas where the distribution operator holds the operating license and serves a significant number of household and non-household consumers. Through the services provided, ADREM contributes to maintaining the accuracy of the measurement of electricity consumption and to ensuring a high level of quality of the services offered to end users.
The field of activity includes the replacement of electricity meters that have reached metrological maturity, the verification and commissioning of the metering groups for new consumers, as well as interventions associated with the life cycle of supply and distribution contracts. Also, ADREM’s teams carry out disconnection and reconnection operations for consumers, both at their request and in the situations provided for by the applicable regulations.
By managing a high volume of interventions and coordinating activities over a large geographical area, the project requires specialized resources, rigorous operational processes and a permanent response capacity in the field. The experience gained throughout the collaboration has allowed the development of efficient workflows, aimed at reducing intervention times and increasing the quality of the services provided.
Through this long-term partnership, ADREM contributes to the operation and modernization of the electricity metering infrastructure in Oltenia, supporting the activity of the distribution operator and ensuring the necessary conditions for a correct and efficient management of electricity consumption.
